If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@fortunecrystals.com as soon as possible. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that our orders process quickly and we may not be able to make changes once the order has been submitted.
If you need to return your purchase, no problem! We want you to be happy with your order, so please email us at info@fortunecrystals.com and we will help you process your return.
All items in the sale category, Large Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order. Discount codes and promotions are also not valid on subscription items.
At our store, we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check and U.S. Money Orders for credit card payment options. We do not accept Cash or Travelers Checks. If you have been given a store credit or gift certificate / gift code, of course you can use that as well! Each gift certificate has a gift code that you can easily enter when completing checkout. At times, orders may require payment verification for the protection of our customers. We want to make sure that every order is authorized by the cardholder before we ship it out. If your order is placed on hold, we’ll be in touch right away to minimize any delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Please be aware that it may take our team 2 to 3 business days to process, pull and pack your order before it ships. We take extra care with larger crystals to make sure they’re well-protected during transit. During our busiest shopping periods, processing time may take a little longer than usual but we appreciate your patience!
Fortune Crystals does not ship on weekends or national holidays. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, but may occasionally take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In most cases, shipping within the continental US takes 2 to 7 business days. However, please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all shipping carriers are facing significant delays.
- For orders shipped via Ground, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
- For orders shipped via expedited methods, you can expect 1 to 5 business days (depending on the method selected).
- Please note that business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
Due to the immense pressure that shipping providers and delivery systems are under due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your order may take longer to arrive than usual once it has been shipped. Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, Fortune Crystals can no longer be held responsible for any other delays that may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend checking your tracking regularly to stay informed on the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or have a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, significant delays can occur with ground shipping.
We currently ship in the United-States only.
Returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase with us which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for all bracelets, necklaces and crystals (with some exceptions as specified on the product page). We just ask that you ship the merchandise back to us within that 14-day window. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and that all earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (sage sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for returns. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to orders of $200+.
All sale items and items marked ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase, so if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding that some crystals may be final sale due to their limited inventory and rarity. Thank you for supporting our business!
You can request an RMA by emailing us at info@fortunecrystals.com and provide us with your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) and which item(s) you wish to return. The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at the Fortune Crystals headquarters within two weeks, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
We recommend that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Fortune Crystals is not responsible for replacing any merchandise that may be lost or stolen in the mail.

Upon receiving your return at our facility, we will process the return and refund your original method of purchase within 3-10 business days. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
